Beautiful jewelry store with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I brought in a ring to be sized by the jeweler. The jeweler was able to complete the work the same day; the workmanship was flawless. The price for the work was much less expensive than anticipated. I highly recommend Provident Jewelry.

Went to Provident to have a couple of watch batteries changed. Maryann and Eric took care of us and couldn’t have been nicer. Eric changed the batteries and they were not simple pop off the back and swap out batteries. Lots of screws and precision tools involved. When all was done, they wouldn’t give us a bill-said it was on the house. We will be back. Have a new favorite jeweler in Naples

I have used the services of Provident Jewelry twice. The first time was to restore a vintage watch and I was very happy. The second time I took in a gold watch that needed a new battery. They put one in for me and wouldn’t even charge me! What a pleasant surprise!

Provident Jewelry, and most especially Char, welcomed my husband and I into their family. When we first visited the Naples store six years ago, we were looking for an engagement/wedding set. The care, kindness and patience provided by Char was tremendous. We regularly visit the store when in Naples and have made additional purchases through the years. In December, I had my beautiful Rolex (purchased at Provident) repaired (unfortunately I had dropped it). Unbelievably, their was no charge and Char said "Merry Christmas". I’ve had several visits to Provident Jewelry and every time the entire staff was friendly and very professional. I had dropped off two watches last week and when I went to pick them up they had replaced the batteries and I had expected to pay them for this service. They surprised me with a no charge for their work. They “get” customer service. Great culture and great staff!!

Amazing service! Wow ! Such amazing energy ! I don’t take it for granted when I walk into a place and everyone is is engaging and everyone treats you as if they’ve known you for years. The staff was so very welcoming. It happened to be Maryann’s bday and her co worker Eric was so excited to share that with us and immediately we felt like we were all friends for years. The customer service is one of a kind and it’s because of the staffs energy!!!!!!! Eric sized my watch to perfection and then he didn’t even charge us for his service. That speaks volumes to my husband and myself. You don’t find that anywhere anymore. We just love MaryAnn and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. Our son needed his great grandmother’s diamond remounted within a couple short days so he could ask his girlfriend to marry him. MaryAnn jumped on it got the mounting he found online and had everything put together perfectly for his big day. We have gone there for years and they always go out of their way to make everything perfect!

The customer service at Provident Jewelry was outstanding. My now-fiancé bought my engagement ring there, and when I went back with him to get it sized after he proposed, they were so wonderful to work with. They even added extra gold to the inside on the bottom of the ring to keep it from spinning on my finger, and when one of the small diamonds on the halo fell out, they replaced it for free. We are so thankful for their good customer service, kindness, and professionalism throughout the experience and would definitely recommend them to other customers shopping for an engagement ring 🙂 The ring itself is also classic and beautiful, and I understand that the sales representatives at Provident were very helpful when my fiancé picked it out. We brought my wife and mom's watches in needing the batteries replaced. The watches hadn't been bought there. Eric greeted us as we walked through the door. He was pleasant and helpfull. I am from NJ and, on a trip to see my fiancee’s father in Naples, Florida, I got surprised with a trip to Provident Jewelry to find my perfect engagement ring. We met with Maryann to discuss what I wanted for my stones & setting. It was like she was reading my mind. At the time, I did not want a Diamond ring, I wanted a Sapphire as a Center Stone with Diamonds on either side of the ring. She immediately got it. However, I just was not ready to pull the trigger on the ring. We had to consider the price & see what other Jewelers had to offer. However, we kept coming back to Maryann...we both felt she was the right person to go on our journey. So after we made our decision to go with Provident & Maryann, we got thrown a curveball. My soon-to-be Father-In-Law, offered us my fiancee’s Mother's Diamond from her engagement ring, as she had passed. It was such a wonderful gesture, but the ring was in a different State. So, we informed Maryann & she was cool with it.A few months later, I had to come to Naples, to have two knee replacement surgeries throughout the Summer. So as soon as we got to Naples, we went to Provident and spoke to Maryann. She understood we had to change my ring configuration. So, now we needed to find a setting that showed my fiancee's Mother's Diamond but it still needed Sapphires to represent my Mother, who had also passed. So, now we needed the Diamond front and Center with the Sapphires on both sides of my ring. Because I did not know which shade I wanted, Maryann had a small shipment of Sapphires brought in for me to choose. Once I picked the Sapphires, I picked up my ring Two Days Later & it was everything I have ever wanted. I can also say that although Provident is on 5th Ave. In Naples & they have high-end jewelry & customers, they still make sure that no matter what your budget is, they will help you get it right...and that is what Maryann did for us. If you are looking for any jewelry or watches, go to Provident Jewelry. They will treat you like family. I can't wait to get my Diamond & Sapphire wedding band designed by Maryann & Provident.

My mother had three rings which were very important to her from Germany. We drove all the way from Cape Coral and had them put each piece together into one ring. I walked into Provident Jewelry Naples, FL location this past week browsing for wedding bands and was so fortunate to have met Maryanne Scandiffio. I can honestly say I have never had such an amazing customer service experience. She was so incredibly personable and really listened to exactly what I was looking for. She cleaned all of the jewelry for both myself and my mom who was with me as we enjoyed our ring shopping experience. Maryann didn't stop there. I found the most amazing ring that was just outside my budget and Maryann worked diligently with me to make the deal happen at an incredible price. Great customer service. Kindly helped me with a simple band fix for my watch. Eric is a great cool guy. Very personable and is eager to help out. He will ever let you pick what music you want to listen to in the store. Thanks again for the help!
